Quotes
“Some people tap their feet, some people snap their
fingers, and some people sway back and forth. I just sorta do ‘em all
together, I guess.” “Don’t
criticize what you don’t understand, son. You never walked in that man’s
shoes.” “When I was a child, ladies and gentlemen, I was a dreamer. I read comic books, and I was the hero of the comic book. I saw movies, and I was the hero in the movie. So every dream I ever dreamed has come true a hundred times...I learned very early in life that: ‘Without a song, the day would never end; without a song, a man ain’t got a friend; without a song, the road would never bend - without a song.' So I keep singing a song. Goodnight. Thank you.” |

Elvis Video of the Month
When Elvis was brought out to Paramount Pictures in 1956 for his screen test he had no idea that on top of acting out a scene from the upcoming film production of "The Rainmaker" he would also have to lip-synch through one of his newest songs (an attempt that Hal Wallis wanted from him because he knew if Elvis could act and act while singing he had a star). Here is the screen test of "Blue Suede Shoes"; Elvis is using a string-less guitar too. When the clip is over, you can still select other Elvis video clips within the YouTube screen!!! Wallpapers
